Matoula & Paul

Matoula was born and raised in Athens, Greece.
 She moved to Myconos island in 1996 where she found herself in different types of vocations. She involved enthusiastically into her community activities and also with various artistic performances as an amateur.  Starting her life from scratch, twice, gave her the opportunity to embark on an esoteric journey from deep within. As a result she followed a journey of different spiritual paths. Meditations, Craniosacral Bodywork, Holotropic Breathing Technique, Channelling and has been initiated as a Reiki Master.  Her first Rebirthing session by a professional Breathworker took her deep within up to the point of deep relaxation. She was feeling her body very different, her mind was crystal clear and that shifted her consciousness.
The experience was so simply powerful that she decided to organize the first Rebirthers Training in Greece in 2005. Since then she works as a professional Breathworker organizing seminars, group and private sessions and programs all over the world.  Dedicated to her personal expansion she works with leading people in Breathwork like John Stamoulos, Sondra Ray and Leonard Orr, continuing adding value to her work.  She is the first Greek to enter the International Breathwork Foundation as a member and is the National Coordinator for Greece.  She lives in New Zealand and is available worldwide by appointment.

Paul James Jones was born and raised in New Zealand.
He was introduced to Breathwork and Rebirthing in his  early 20ʼs.
He discovered breathwork and rebirthing to be a profound, rewarding, spiritual and an inward learning experience, a real journey of self discovery.
He moved to Australia to expand his potential. He was so impressed with the dynamics of breathwork and rebirthing that he trained under the guidance of celebrated Author and breath work teacher Sondra Ray.
He travelled many times to India with Sondra to assist her programs and continued his training, work and emotional  growth.
While living in Australia Paul further enhanced his skills and his empowerment by teaching and conducting courses in breathwork and rebirthing.
He is currently residing in New Zealad working world wide with heart based techniques with an emphases on the breath.
His qualifications as  a Breath Worker, Holistic Counsellor and Reiki Master is guiding those interested in a gentle and safe way to personal growth and positive changes.
He is available worldwide by appointment for individual and group sessions.
